Called Public Hearing

A called Public Hearing and Special Called Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Plainview Independent School District will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located at 2411 Yonkers, Plainview, Texas, for the purpose of discussion regarding the proposed reconfiguration of alignment of the elementary and middle school campuses and proposed realignment implementation plan.

Ash Learning Center invites all former Ash staff members to be a part of the last staff photo to be taken on May 23 at 4:30 p.m. The first photo will be of the current Ash staff, then they will take a second photo with anyone who has been a part of the Ash team. An 8 X 10 photo can be purchased for $10. If you will be joining in on the picture please RSVP to JoVanna Gamez at JoVanna.Gamez@plainview.k12.tx.us before May 20. A reception will follow after the pictures.

District Restructuring for 2013-2014

Plainview ISD is committed to communicating information in a thoughtful, clear, concise, and  timely manner to parents, students, staff and the community. As more information becomes available about the closings of Lakeside and Ash, the restructuring of Estacado and Coronado, new attendance boundaries, and other pertinent information, we will make every effort to post the information here to keep all stakeholders informed.
